Recently she has been designing fabric, cards, and tabletop designs. You are sure to see her love of pattern and folk art in all of her work! The bottom line is that she loves to make things: paintings, books, designs, greeting cards, bread, and soup.
Julie was born in 1957 and grew up in Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. She attended Germantown Friends School, Ringerike Folkehogskole in Norway, Cornell University, and the School for American Craftsmen at RIT where she received a BFA.
