I love making art, and I have my whole life. I make it to add peace and presence to my life, and I hope that flows through my work and into the viewer.
I grew up in southeastern Connecticut and regularly yearn for summertime in New England. I currently live with my family outside of Asheville, NC (I came here in 2004, before it was the “it” place to be!), where I make art in the sunroom off my kitchen. I love to travel, especially when it involves beautiful scenery, to read, to write, and to be outdoors.
My intention in sharing my art is to brighten your day and provide respite from the unrelenting pace of this modern world.
